Introducing Shanling EC Zero AKM
Back in May, we released our EC Zero T, a new generation of Shanling Portable CD Player. Aiming at the high-end section of this quickly emerging market, EC Zero T came with a highly advanced audio circuit combining R2R DAC and Tube output, retailing at 589 USD. Today we are announcing a new addition to this line with EC Zero AKM. Taking over the same features, the same design and the same highly stable CD playback, but opting for a more straightforward AKM DAC section and simpler amplifiers. This allowed us to push the price on EC Zero AKM to just 319 USD MSRP!
What to expect from EC Zero AKM in comparison to EC Zero T?
– AKM AK4493S DAC
– Dual SGM8262-2 amplifiers
– Extended battery life up to 10 hours of continuous playback
– Comparable Output power when run on battery power
– Low output impedance for improved compatibility with sensitive IEMs
– Same inputs/outputs, features, design, UI, accessory compatibility
We are also preparing a PU leather carrying case for EC Zero, which will retail at 39 USD.
