OPPO Find X9 Series: Breaking the 7000mAh Barrier
Battery life is one of the most crucial factors when it comes to how dependable a smartphone is. Chipsets are advancing at a rapid pace, imaging technology is going from strength to strength, but battery innovation has felt incremental for generations. Smartphone users have had to choose between sleek design or high capacity, or between fast charging, or long-term battery health. Find X9 Series sets a new bar for battery life. By breaking through technological limitations, integrating innovative materials, and through meticulous internal optimization, Find X9 and Find X9 Pro level up what users should expect from a single charge and long-term battery health.
Redefining Flagship Capacity
For years, 5000mAh was the benchmark for what constituted a big battery. Last year’s Find X8 Series began raising the bar, with the standard model featuring a 5630mAh battery, and the Pro model hitting 5910mAh. Now, Find X9 Series marks a new standard for battery capacity, making it among the best in the industry. Find X9 features a 7025mAh battery, and Find X9 Pro features a 7500mAh battery, which is the highest capacity ever in an OPPO flagship. Each benefits from an increase of over 1000mAh when compared to Find X8 Series. When combined with the power-efficient 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and OPPO’s All-New Trinity Engine, this massive capacity boost makes industry-leading battery life possible. With typical use, Find X9 Series users can easily enjoy up to two days on a single charge. Even with more demanding use, Find X9 Series’ battery life is exceptional. When recording 4K 60fps Dolby Vision HDR video, for example, Find X9 lasts for 5 hours and 19 minutes, while Find X9 Pro lasts for 5 hours and 49 minutes. Both significantly outperform other flagships, which typically last just 3-4 hours.1
The Science of Staying Power
At the heart of Find X9 Series’ large batteries is OPPO’s third-generation Silicon-Carbon Battery. With a silicon content of 15%, it achieves an industry-leading energy density of over 850Wh/L. Made possible by OPPO’s proprietary spherical silicon-carbon material, this significant upgrade is protected by 12 key patents. Its optimized morphology and high nano-porosity significantly improve structural integrity and deposition uniformity. As a result, the material resists fracturing during charging and reduces unwanted side reactions with the SEI layer, enabling up to 400 more charge cycles compared to older technologies. In real-world use, the battery retains over 80% of its original capacity even after five years of typical usage, delivering consistent performance throughout the life of the device. 1
Massive Capacity in Sleek Designs
Find X9 Series’ ultra-high-capacity batteries are incredibly thin thanks in part to internal stacking optimization. Through meticulous refining of the camera module and motherboard layout, OPPO unlocked the extra space needed for the battery without increasing the size of either phone. Find X9 showcases this high-capacity battery and slim design combination perfectly, measuring just 7.99mm, it’s notably slimmer than most flagships. Find X9 Pro’s profile is even more impressive, at 8.25mm thin–the same as Find X8 Pro–its 7500mAh battery sets a new standard across power and design.
Designed for Real Life
Find X9 Series builds on OPPO’s legacy of fast, reliable, and intelligent charging. With 80W SUPERVOOCTM wired and 50W AIRVOOCTM wireless charging, enjoy hours of power in minutes of charge time. The series also supports up to 55W charging with standard USB PD and PPS compatible chargers, unlocking high speeds even with third-party accessories. Durability is also a cornerstone of OPPO devices, with Find X9 and Find X9 Pro built to withstand harsh environments. Both remain fully functional and support stable charging at temperatures as low as -20ºC, so whether navigating frosty streets or skiing in alpine conditions, Find X9 Series is designed to be dependable. All official Find X9 and Find X9 Pro cases include built-in magnets, making them compatible with a host of magnetic accessories. These include OPPO’s magnetic power bank and 50W AIRVOOCTM Magnetic Charger, with built-in cooling for sustained high-speed charging. Whatever the season, morning through to evening and into the next day, Find X9 Series is built to endure, keeping you connected with confidence in every situation.
