FiiO JT7 Open-Back Planar Magnetic Driver Headphones
FiiO is a widely renowned brand, majorly known for its huge range of high-fidelity audio products that cover multiple categories. We are super excited to bring you their latest products. This time around, we have their latest innovation in the field of over-ear full-sized planar magnetic driver headphones, introducing the FiiO JT7. It blends together FiiO’s legacy of innovative engineering, meticulous craftsmanship, and supremely comfortable design. Featuring a self-developed 95x86mm planar magnetic driver unit combined with FiiO’s proprietary F.E.S(FiiO Elastic System) technology and a strong magnetic arrangement, the FiiO JT7 promises top-tier audio quality with next-level clarity, rich tonality, and exquisite details. It is specially crafted for audiophiles who seek a lively, fuller, and detailed sound.
At the heart of the FiiO JT7 lies a self-developed 95x86mm planar magnetic driver built entirely in-house through extensive research and precision manufacturing. The driver features a 3-micron ultra-thin diaphragm capable of remarkable speed and agility, ensuring clean and accurate sound reproduction across a wide 7Hz to 40kHz frequency response range. Every note is rendered with incredible resolution and natural tonality, presenting music as the artist intended. Additionally, FiiO has featured their self-developed F.E.S (FiiO Elastic System) technology on the JT7. It introduces a multi-dimensional surface texture to the diaphragm-similar to a surround ring structure in dynamic drivers. It enhances the diaphragm’s internal elasticity and allows swifter movement with greater control. It helps achieve deep, more dynamic, and rich bass response while maintaining ultra-low distortion.
FiiO’s advanced 28nm chip-grade manufacturing technology ensures seamless integration between the diaphragm and voice coil, improving structural integrity and extending the driver’s reliability. The pair features a specially crafted magnetic architecture. It includes two-way heterogeneous high-density neodymium magnets that form a magnetic field around the planar driver. It ensures great efficiency and a high-sensitivity design on the pair. Users can enjoy the JT7 across different devices without worrying about needing high-end sources to get the best out of their headphones.
FiiO has years of experience in designing premium-quality audio products. As much as they do R&D in the sound department, they give equal importance to the comfort and fit of their products. The JT7 is designed with comfort and full practicality in mind. The pair has a lightweight design, it weighs just 318 grams and features a four-axis adjustable headband that naturally adapts to various head shapes and ensures a comfortable wearing experience for different users. With its lightweight ergonomics, multi-axis headband, the pair is supremely comfortable for long listening sessions. FiiO JT7 has a foldable design that adds to its portability and safekeeping. The headphones have an open-back design, which gives a big and open feel to the listeners.
FiiO includes two cables with the JT7, one has a 3.5mm single-ended termination, and the other has a balanced 4.4mm termination. The package also includes a 3.5mm to 6.35mm adapter. You are all ready to use the JT7 with different portable as well as desktop gear straight out of the box. FiiO JT7 is an interesting offering from the house of FiiO. It brings innovative technological advancements with its proprietary planar driver, F.E.S. technology, and comfortable design.
