Tanchjim Soda Tribrid IEMs with 1DD+4BA+2 Passive Driver Setup
Tanchjim is a well-recognized name in the HiFi audio industry. The brand is renowned for its precisely crafted pair of IEMs, such as Oxygen, Kara, etc. They have officially unveiled their latest pair of multi-driver hybrid IEMs, introducing the Tanchjim Soda. The pair is designed with a unique seven-driver hybrid setup featuring one dynamic driver, four balanced armature drivers, and two passive driver units. It aims to upgrade the mid-range IEM market with its unmatched performance achieved using a high-precision acoustic chamber design and a three-way crossover system. Let’s elevate your portable setup with the all-new Tanchjim Soda.
The Soda isn’t your typical hybrid IEM. It packs a complex seven-driver setup, specifically featuring 1DD + 4BA + 2 passive driver configuration on each side. The standout feature here is the dual SS passive units arranged together in Tanchjim’s new Silk System. They are directionally tuned for the 16kHz~23kHz frequency range. This seven-driver setup is arranged together in a through-way frequency crossover system. Tanchjim utilizes HPFD-Seg high-precision crossover design, specifically designed to maintain flat phase alignment and consistent performance with the driver setup. The pair is equipped with DMT5-based composite rear chamber dynamic driver providing a powerful and full bass response. There are four PURE series balanced armature drivers(two for mids and two for highs) for crisp details and smooth, natural tone. The internal acoustic chambers are crafted using high-precision DLP 3D printing technology, allowing for a minimal and compact form factor that optimizes the positioning of every driver.
Tanchjim Soda-2
Tanchjim Soda has a refreshing yet comfortable design. One of the most common issues with multi-driver IEMs is “pressure build-up.” Tanchjim addresses this with their patented pressure-relief acoustic vent. This vent balances internal air pressure, reducing the ear drum fatigue. When combined with the included T-APB pressure-balancing ear tips, the Soda promises all-day comfort and perfect isolation for the users. Tanchjim isn’t cutting corners on the accessories. The Soda comes bundled with a high-purity silver-plated copper Litz cable. It has a swappable termination plug system including both 3.5mm and 4.4mm plugs in the package.
Tanchjim Soda-3
Tanchjim Soda is a refreshing new IEM designed with a sophisticated multi-driver arrangement. It promises top-tier performance with a lifelike natural tone, exquisite details, and an engaging sound presentation.
