Transforming the food & beverage industry with MediaTek Genio
To meet these demands, Ezurio partnered with MediaTek to develop the Tungsten HMI, a ready-to-deploy touchscreen interface panel designed specifically for industrial food and beverage applications. Built on the MediaTek Genio 510 platform, Tungsten HMI simplifies development while delivering the performance and longevity required for commercial deployments.
Traditional HMI development often involves sourcing multiple components, managing complex integrations, and navigating lengthy certification cycles. Ezurio addresses these challenges by delivering a fully integrated solution that combines compute, connectivity, display, and enclosure into a single production-ready platform, dramatically reducing engineering effort, time to market, and development risk.
At its core is the MediaTek Genio 510, which features a six-core CPU, a highly capable GPU, and an integrated AI accelerator capable of handling edge AI workloads. The platform supports a 10.1-inch touch display and offers extensive I/O options, including RS485, CAN, GPIO, robust wired and wireless connectivity, and peripheral and display interfaces, making it adaptable to a wide range of equipment designs. Prevalidated software support for Yocto Linux, Buildroot, and Android streamlines the process of adapting existing applications to the platform.
