Xiaomi Tag: Seamless Tracking for Everyday Essentials
Xiaomi Tag delivers a simple, reliable tracking experience that integrates seamlessly into daily life. Compatible with either Apple Find My or Google Android Find Hub, Xiaomi Tag works within the user’s chosen iOS or Android ecosystem,¹⁶ enabling easy location tracking of everyday items such as keys, bags, or luggage through familiar platforms.
Equipped with intelligent tracking capabilities, Xiaomi Tag supports remote item finding,¹⁷ lost mode, collaborative finding, and enhanced privacy protection. When connected to a smartphone and within Bluetooth range, users can locate Xiaomi Tag easily and trigger a sound through Apple Find My app or Google Android Find Hub¹⁷ Lost mode allows users to mark an item as missing and add contact information to facilitate recovery, while collaborative finding further enhances retrieval by enabling secure location sharing within the network when needed. To better protect user privacy and prevent unwanted tracking, the phone automatically alerts users when an unknown tracking tag is detected moving with them.²⁸
Designed for everyday use, Xiaomi Tag features a compact and lightweight form with a metal outer ring and a minimalist body. Weighing approximately 10g,¹⁰ it attaches easily to keys, backpacks, or luggage without adding bulk, while the built-in hanging and labeling design ensures it is ready to use straight out of the box. Built for real-world reliability, Xiaomi Tag offers up to over one year of battery life¹⁸ with a replaceable CR2032 battery and IP67 dust and water resistance.¹⁹
