Shanling Moria Premium Titanium Dynamic Driver Earphone
At the heart of Shanling Moria is a 10.2mm titanium diaphragm dynamic driver, designed for listeners who prefer the natural coherence, musicality and physical presence of a well-tuned single-driver earphone. Instead of using a complex multi-driver arrangement, Shanling focuses on one high-quality dynamic driver, refined acoustic engineering and premium materials to deliver a more unified sound signature. The official specification lists a 20Hz–40kHz frequency response, 48Ω impedance, and 117±3dB sensitivity, placing Moria firmly in the serious Hi-Fi earphone category.
One of the most important technical highlights is the 60-layer titanium-coated diaphragm, created through a direct current sputtering process. Shanling says this design combines rigidity and flexibility, while improving resolution and driver speed. In practical terms, this kind of diaphragm construction is intended to help the driver react faster, control distortion more effectively, and preserve clarity across bass, midrange and treble frequencies.
The acoustic structure is also more advanced than a standard dynamic-driver shell. Moria uses a triple-acoustic chamber design together with a dual-magnet dynamic driver. According to Shanling, the internal structure divides airflow between one front chamber and two rear chambers, helping control sound waves and improve coherence between bass, mids and highs.
Design is another major part of Moria’s identity. The earphones use a fully titanium construction, created from a single piece of titanium with high-precision CNC machining. Titanium is not only used for visual appeal; Shanling also highlights its role in acoustic performance, helping reduce unwanted housing vibrations while keeping the shells strong, durable and lightweight. Each earpiece weighs only 7.6 grams, which is important for long listening sessions.
The faceplate gives Moria its most distinctive visual signature. Shanling uses a crystallized titanium faceplate, created through a heat-treatment process reaching up to 1200°C, resulting in unique crystalline patterns and color variations. This means each unit should have its own visual character, with blue, purple and iridescent tones that match the “Tree of Life” presentation theme.
The included cable is also designed to match the premium positioning. Moria comes with a 5N silver-plated long-crystal OFC cable, using industry-standard 0.78mm 2-pin connectors and a 4.4mm balanced plug. The cable design includes silver-plated OFC conductors, gold-plated connectors, interleaved twisting and a Type 2 Litz structure, giving users a high-quality balanced setup directly out of the box.
Shanling also includes a generous accessory package. Buyers get a carrying case, cleaning brush, earphone pouch, manuals, and 15 pairs of ear tips in five different types: Soundstage, Bass, Balanced, Vocals and SpinFit Neo. This is an important detail for an in-ear monitor, because ear tips directly affect comfort, isolation, bass response and tonal balance.
The Shanling Moria will be available in Purple and Blue, with the official Shanling store listing the model as a high-end earphone with a titanium dynamic driver at $699.
Overall, the Shanling Moria looks like a carefully engineered premium earphone for users who appreciate the purity of a single dynamic driver, the durability of titanium, and the elegance of handcrafted visual details. With its titanium-coated diaphragm, triple-acoustic chamber, dual-magnet driver structure, full titanium housing, crystallized faceplate, balanced 4.4mm cable and rich accessory package, Moria is not just another stylish Hi-Fi earphone. It is a serious audiophile product designed for listeners who want refinement, precision and character in one compact high-end package.
