PITAKA Project Prolong Is Here
Made for What Lasts
Smartphones are more than their release dates. After months or years of daily use, a device becomes familiar—the tool we rely on for communication, work, entertainment, photography and countless everyday tasks. Keeping a phone that still serves those needs is not necessarily a compromise. Project Prolong celebrates users who choose longevity, quality and familiarity instead of replacing a perfectly capable device simply because a new generation has appeared.
As PITAKA explains:
“The destiny of materials is to withstand time, while the essence of design is to serve longevity.”
Rather than leaving compatible cases and accessories behind as the market moves forward, PITAKA is giving them a new opportunity through specially prepared Lucky Boxes. Customers first select their smartphone model, ensuring that the box includes a case designed to fit their device.
Introducing the Project Prolong Lucky Box
Every Project Prolong Lucky Box contains at least one official PITAKA aramid fiber phone case. The exact case texture, woven pattern and color are selected randomly, turning each order into a genuine surprise. Some boxes contain only the case, while others add a Magnetic Woven Wallet, MagEZ Grip or both accessories. PITAKA has divided the available combinations into four reward tiers.
Four Possible Reward Tiers
The most common result is the Basic Pack, which has a stated 70% drop rate. This package includes one randomly selected official PITAKA aramid fiber case compatible with the chosen smartphone. The Add-On Pack has a 20% drop rate and combines the compatible aramid fiber case with a MagEZ Grip. This compact magnetic accessory can provide a more secure and comfortable hold during everyday use. Next is the Rare Pack, offered with an 8% drop rate. It includes the aramid fiber case and a Magnetic Woven Wallet, expanding the setup with convenient magnetic card storage. At the top is the Ultra Rare Pack, carrying a 2% drop rate. This is the complete Project Prolong bundle and includes the compatible phone case, Magnetic Woven Wallet and MagEZ Grip, delivering access to PITAKA’s broader magnetic accessory ecosystem in a single package. The stated probabilities total 100%, but buyers should remember that each box is random. Purchasing a Lucky Box does not guarantee one of the accessory bundles.
Project Prolong Lucky Box Prices
For the iPhone 17 Pro Series, the Project Prolong Lucky Box costs $49.99, with PITAKA advertising a possible total value of up to $134.97. The iPhone 16 Pro Series version is priced at $39.99 and can provide a total value of up to $144.97, making it potentially the most valuable option in the campaign. Owners of compatible Samsung Galaxy S26 Series devices can also participate for $39.99, with a possible package value of up to $134.97. The actual value of an individual order depends on the randomly assigned reward tier and the products included in the box.
PITAKA’s Signature Aramid Fiber Construction
Regardless of the reward tier, every Project Prolong customer receives an official PITAKA aramid fiber case. Aramid fiber is valued for combining strength, low weight and a distinctive woven appearance. PITAKA has made the material central to its case designs, producing slim protective accessories that preserve the shape and handling of the smartphone rather than surrounding it with unnecessary bulk. The randomly selected colors and woven patterns also mean that Project Prolong is not restricted to a single visual style. Depending on availability and luck, buyers may receive anything from a subtle classic finish to one of PITAKA’s more expressive woven designs.
A More Sustainable Approach to Premium Accessories
Project Prolong presents device longevity as a deliberate choice rather than a reluctance to upgrade. If a smartphone continues to perform well, refreshing it with a premium case and useful magnetic accessories can extend the enjoyment of the device without requiring its immediate replacement. The Lucky Box format also gives existing PITAKA products another opportunity to reach users who can still benefit from them. It is an engaging way to connect the company’s design catalogue with owners of supported smartphone generations. Although the surprise element is a central part of the campaign, compatibility is not random. Buyers select their device before ordering, and PITAKA guarantees that the included case will match that selected model.
Important Details Before Ordering
Customers cannot choose a specific case texture, woven pattern or accessory color. All available designs and colorways are shipped randomly, and PITAKA does not guarantee that requests for a particular style will be accommodated. The chance of receiving accessories is also determined by the published drop rates. A Basic Pack remains the most likely result at 70%, while the complete Ultra Rare Pack has a 2% probability. Buyers should therefore order only if they are comfortable receiving any of the available compatible case designs and any of the four reward tiers.
Final Thoughts
PITAKA Project Prolong offers an appealing combination of premium materials, surprise and potential value. More importantly, it delivers a positive message for users who are satisfied with the smartphones they already own: choosing to keep a great device does not mean settling for less. Every box guarantees a compatible PITAKA aramid fiber case, while the chance to receive a Magnetic Woven Wallet, MagEZ Grip or the complete magnetic bundle adds genuine excitement to the experience. With prices beginning at $39.99 and advertised values reaching as high as $144.97, Project Prolong could be especially attractive to iPhone 16, iPhone 17 and Galaxy S26 Series owners looking to refresh their devices with PITAKA’s recognizable woven style. The PITAKA Project Prolong Lucky Boxes are available through the official campaign page, subject to model and stock availability.
