Meet BOYA at IFA 2026: Discover the Future of AI Note Taking in Berlin

BOYA is heading to Berlin for IFA 2026, bringing its latest generation of intelligent recording technology to one of the world’s most important showcases for consumer electronics and innovation. From September 4–8, visitors to Messe Berlin can meet the BOYA team in Hall 20, Stand 132, where the company will demonstrate its expanding family of AI-powered note takers designed to transform ordinary conversations, meetings, lectures, interviews and calls into structured, searchable and genuinely useful information.

BOYA Brings Smarter Recording to IFA 2026
Recording audio is easy, but extracting the information that actually matters from hours of conversations can be a much bigger challenge, and this is precisely where BOYA’s new generation of AI note-taking devices aims to make a difference. Rather than functioning simply as digital voice recorders, the latest BOYA products combine flexible audio capture with artificial intelligence capable of turning recordings into transcripts, summaries, action items, mind maps and instant answers, creating a workflow in which users can spend more time listening and participating and considerably less time manually taking notes or searching through recordings afterward. At IFA 2026, BOYA will showcase three different approaches to this concept with the BOYA Notra, Notra Neo and Notra Nano, giving visitors an opportunity to see how the technology can adapt to everything from professional meetings and business calls to university classes, interviews, brainstorming sessions and everyday personal notes.

BOYA Notra: One Device for Conversations, Phone Calls and Bluetooth Audio
Leading the lineup is BOYA Notra, presented as the world’s first AI Note Taker designed for ambient conversations, phone calls and Bluetooth calls. That multi-mode approach is particularly important because our conversations no longer happen in just one environment: a meeting might take place around a conference table, the next discussion could happen over the phone, while another may involve a Bluetooth-connected device. Notra is designed to bridge those environments, capturing the conversation first and then allowing AI to handle much of the time-consuming work that follows. Instead of returning to a long recording and manually locating an important statement, users can generate transcripts and concise summaries, identify key information and to-dos, organize ideas visually through mind maps and obtain answers based on captured material. For professionals who move between physical meetings and remote communication throughout the day, this could turn the recorder from a passive storage device into something much closer to a practical AI productivity assistant.

BOYA Notra Neo Makes AI Note Taking More Versatile
Alongside the flagship Notra, BOYA will also demonstrate the Notra Neo, a versatile AI note taker developed for ambient recording as well as phone and Bluetooth calls. The concept is straightforward but increasingly relevant: capture information when it happens and allow AI to organize it while the context is still useful. For students, this could mean concentrating on a lecture instead of attempting to write down every sentence; for professionals, it could make it easier to preserve decisions and action points from meetings; and for journalists, creators and researchers, it offers a convenient way to turn interviews and spoken ideas into material that can subsequently be searched, summarized and developed. The combination of different recording modes and AI-assisted processing also makes Notra Neo interesting for users whose daily workflow crosses several environments rather than remaining tied to a conventional desk or meeting room.

BOYA Notra Nano Takes the Concept Wearable
The third member of BOYA’s IFA lineup is the Notra Nano, a wearable AI note taker focused on ambient and Bluetooth recording. Its compact wearable format takes the same fundamental idea in a different direction, making intelligent recording easier to carry throughout the day without relying on a traditional handheld recorder. That could be particularly attractive for people who regularly move between conversations, interviews, presentations and spontaneous brainstorming sessions, because a wearable device can remain readily accessible while requiring very little interruption to the natural flow of a discussion. Once the recording is captured, BOYA’s AI ecosystem is intended to do much more than preserve the original audio, transforming spoken information into transcripts, summaries, tasks, mind maps and answers that can be revisited later.

Experience BOYA’s AI Recording Ecosystem at IFA 2026
What makes BOYA’s appearance at IFA particularly interesting is that visitors will be able to experience these products firsthand rather than simply reading specifications or watching demonstrations online. The three-device lineup illustrates how AI note taking is developing beyond simple transcription, with BOYA focusing on the complete journey from capturing a conversation to understanding, organizing and acting upon the information inside it. With Notra targeting a comprehensive multi-mode experience, Notra Neo offering a versatile approach to everyday AI recording and Notra Nano bringing the technology into a wearable form factor, BOYA is clearly positioning intelligent note taking as a practical tool for work, education, communication and content creation rather than merely another AI novelty.

BOYA will be at IFA 2026 at Messe Berlin from September 4–8, 2026, in Hall 20, Stand 132. For anyone attending the show and interested in AI-powered productivity, smart recording or the rapidly evolving intersection between dedicated hardware and artificial intelligence, the BOYA booth should be an interesting opportunity to see how the next generation of note taking works in practice.
