I cant turn it on. I have red light and no signal. what I can do?
I tryed connect by PC in this steps:
1. install DriverAssitant_v4.4
2. reboot PC
3. open RKBatchTool-v1.8
4. with pressed reset button, connect male to male usb cable to tv box “usb2” and then upgrade with downloaded firmware.
I tryed this steps but PC dont recognise tv box….
I found info about other tv boxes with this problem. where need open tvbox and hold 2 pins on chip. and then connect to pc… But I dont know what chip and what pins if can. And I dont wish open tvbox without knowledge.
Please help! I have this one but 2Gb 16Gb version (bricked) I tryed this firmware and always have error. try lot of other rk3328 fw but with Boot version: 2.38 and work but on booting after first logo I have only green screen on my tv and tvbox led still red…
