Has anyone here used this firmware update and it fixed the problems?
I have all of the above problems plus:
1) will not work with Netflix
2) will not recognize more than 1 USB device on several USB hubs I have tried.
3) often crashes.
4) often laggs and crashes playing WSOP on Facebook.
5) does not provide enough elelectricity to a power a 1TB portable hard drive while all the Mali 400, 450 and other Rockchip boxes I have tried all did.
6) the additional app stores provided are useless because they only use WiFi and that is not working.
7) Will not recognize my USB mic or the mic on my Logitech 270 webcam that has worked with many other TV boxes.
Will someone please post instructions on how to use the firmware upgrade?

Terrible CSA 90 Octa 8 Core box bought from Gearbest
What am I doiing wrong? Or is my device just faulty?
1). I downloaded CSA90_RK3368_12092015.zip
2). Extracted just the image to micro CD.
3). As an extra I copied the image to the internal CD.
4). I rebooted holding the reset down.
5). The menu came up. At bottom said no CD card present.
6). None of the options in the menu did anything.
