Neck pain and stiffness are some of the most common ailments for those spending a lot of time behind a computer screen. Or even that — one uncomfortable night on the plane can send horrifying shooting pains down your back and neck. While painkillers can be an effective short-term remedy, they will not solve the problem in the long term and, in all likelihood, even lead to more health issues. This is exactly where the Inflatable Home Cervical Traction Pillow comes in. Perfectly safe, super easy to use and marvelously effective, the pillow is a great remedy for all sorts of neck pains and injuries.
What is an inflatable cervical traction pillow?
An inflatable cervical neck pillow is a specially made pillow or neck harness featuring an anatomically accurate design, which ensures complete support for the wearer’s head and neck. This means that your neck muscles will be completely relaxed as long as you are “wearing” the pillow.
What are the main benefits of wearing the cervical traction pillow?
Naturally, neck pain relief is one of the key benefits associated with wearing the pillow — but the pillow’s positive influence on your wellbeing does not stop there. Let’s take a quick look at the main advantages of regularly wearing a neck pillow.
● Pain relief. This extends well beyond neck muscle pain — with your neck muscles relaxed, you will experience fewer back pains and headaches.
● Restore cervical posture. The reversal of the cervical curve is one of the main reasons for headaches. If you wear the neck pillow regularly, correct posture will be restored.
● Faster healing. If you’ve suffered from a neck injury, the cervical pillow can act as a harness and promote better healing.
● Better sleep. Tension in the neck and shoulders is one of the main factors contributing to insomnia. Put on the neck pillow a few hours before bed and enjoy a more relaxed sleep.
The main features of HESSION Home Cervical Traction Pillow
The HESSION Cervical Neck Pillow is a fine example of a medical grade device that is also perfectly suited for home use.
Ergonomic design
The pillow is made of soft velvet fabric, which is very pleasant to the touch and comfortable to wear even for long hours. One of the main concerns when wearing the pillow may be that your neck might get sweaty — but thanks to the latex inner lining and gapped breathability, it will feel light and natural on your naked skin.
Adjustable triple tier inflation
One of the highlights of the HESSION pillow is the triple tier inflation. You can inflate the pillow gradually by squeezing the bulb pump and adjust the “intensity” according to the state of your neck muscles and the level of support needed.
Ready to use
You can start using the pillow right out of the box, no complicated assembly required.
Portable travel partner
Portability is one of the features that travelers will truly appreciate. Wear the pillow on the plane, train or bus to avoid neck pains ensuing from an uncomfortable sleeping position.
How to use the HESSION Home Cervical Traction Pillow?
Place the pillow around your neck and make sure it’s properly secured with the nylon belt. Tighten the nut on the inflating ball to make sure there is no air leakage during use.
Start pumping the air into the pillow — and stop when you feel you have enough support. The general recommendation is to use the pillow at low pressure first for 10-15 minutes. When you get used to the process, increase the pressure and wearing time. When you are done using the pillow, deflate it and store in a dry place.
The verdict
The HESSION Cervical Pillow gets the job done — and you will feel much more relaxed even after the first 5 minutes of use. It’s comfortable to wear — and even though it may feel a bit strange at first, pretty soon the feeling goes away and you can enjoy its destressing effects in full. With no complex techy functionality or easily damageable parts, the HESSION is a simple yet very efficient tension releasing accessory.
