yes, you need US Burning Tool. But i cannot flash this ROM. Get Error – Get Key failed.
someone has the license key to upgrade the MXQ Pro TV box with US Burning Tool, or the firmware of October on sdcard?……

If you keep getting the license key error, copy the image file and these files to the license folder. For example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Amlogic\USB_Burning_Tool\license
