DJI announces new ultra low latency goggles for drone racers
DJI has released a pair of goggles to bring the performance of these racers to the ceiling. For drones that can fly for hours on air with a very short charge time and have a range of miles, states can even impose a prison sentence on their users in case of unauthorized flights.
The number of people who use drones for racing on private tracks has also increased considerably lately. There was an improvement in equipment for professionals who managed the drone like a pilot through the transfer of the image on the drones to the glasses.
DJI, a Chinese-based technology company, is one of the leading companies in the drone industry. DJI designed and produced its drones for races, and launched a new special glasses for drone racers.
With a full 4 km range, DJI’s FPV (First person view) system delivers crystal clear and uninterrupted HD images to the user with a delay of just 28 milliseconds (ms).
Considering that the delay time of DJI’s previous glasses was 50 milliseconds, DJI seems to have done a great job with its new glasses.
Racing, standard and LED (for night vision), a total of 3 modes in the glasses, eight 5.8 GHz channel support, thanks to the control of 1 equipment and 8 drone’un allows control.
As of now, the price of the Fly More package, which is sold in two packages, FPV Fly More Combo and FPV Experience Combo, is determined to be 929 dollars, while the Experience package takes place on the shelves of 819 dollars.
