How to Connect Apple HomeKit with Xiaomi Mijia Multimode Gateway?
The Xiaomi Mijia multimode gateway is the latest Xiaomi gateway product made by Xiaomi Aqara. It integrates the three most common wireless communication protocols in smart home product. Such as Zigbee, Wi-Fi, BLE-Bluetooth Mesh.
As long as this gateway is needed, the devices of the above three different protocols can be linked and interconnected easily. However, does this Xiaomi Mijia multimode gateway work with Apple HomeKit? How to connect Apple HomeKit with Xiaomi Mijia Zigbee 3.0 gateway? Just read on.
Compared with the previous Aqara gateway, Xiaomi Mijia multimode gateway also supports Apple HomeKit, in addition to supporting more ZigBee sub-devices, ZigBee version has also been upgraded to 3.0, Yeelight Bluetooth Mesh bulb has also been added to Apple HomeKit.
How to Connect HomeKit with Xiaomi Multimode Gateway?
Step 1: Open the “Homekit” APP in your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: Find and click “add device”, according to the instructions, scan the QR code on the product package or enter the 8-digit setting code above the QR code to complete the APP access to the Apple Homekit.

● Please ensure that the WiFi network is available and has normal access to the Internet (this product does not support 5G networks).
● It is recommended that you use iOS 9.0 or later iPhone or iPad to control.
Except the Apple Homekit, the Xiaomi Mijia Zigbee 3.0 gateway also support the work with Mijia APP.
