Sporting a 6.47-inch ‘iView’ HD+ display with a selfie camera nestled into an attractive corner punch-hole, it offers over 90% screen-to-body ratio in this stunning visual feast. For visual comfort, an Eye Protection mode adjusts the display’s colors to reduce blue light and relieve eye strain.
The MediaTek Helio P35 is an octa-core processor with fast peak speeds of 2.3GHz, and a capable IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU running up to a speedy 680MHz. The chip also features an array of camera accelerators built-in, such as a hardware depth engine, EIS, RSC and a Camera Control Unit (CCU); all enhancing the photography capture and video recording results while also minimizing power use.
The P35 is paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage, while also housing a generous 5,000mAh battery. Paired with the ultra-efficient 12nm Helio chip, the Y30 can provide 9 hours of online gameplay or over 137 hours of music playback. On gaming, the Y30 boasts VPG (vivo Process Guardian) technology and Ultra Game Mode to boost gaming performance. Out the box it runs Android 10-based Funtouch OS, and connectivity options include dual 4G SIM, dual band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.
The Y30’s rear side offers an elegant and a refined design in either Emerald Black and Moonstone White, with delicate 3D curves that seamlessly vanish into the sleek lines of its sides. Four cameras, including a wide angle, macro, and dedicated depth sensor deliver captures boosted by vivo’s AI enhancements.
