AcerPure Inc. Announces “acerpure cool”, a 2-in-1 Air Circulator and Purifier
Tested by third-party laboratories, the acerpure cool’s 3-in-1 HEPA certified filter and Ag+ Silver Coated Filter remove PM1.0 particles, 99.97% of 0.3μm suspended particles, bacteria in the air and is effective against the activity of the H1N1 virus.
Releases negative ions, decomposes harmful gases in the air such as formaldehyde and captures solid particles such as dust and PM2.5. LED indicator light displays real-time air quality; detects PM1.0 suspended particles and adjusts operation mode accordingly. Combines air purification and circulation functions 2-in-1. Swivels up to 90 degrees and streams purified air up to 16 m, achieving full air circulation of a 27 m2 room in only three minutes.
AcerPure Inc. today announced the acerpure cool, a 2-in-1 air circulator and purifier that leverages a 3-in-1 HEPA Filter to purify air and then a fan to project it around the room. This product represents an expansion of Acer’s smart air quality solution business, AcerPure Inc., and follows the company’s corporate mission of contributing to a sustainable planet. This subsidiary will focus on releasing products that leverage smart features to not only improve users’ quality of life, but also create environmental benefits.
“Due to the pandemic, more people are staying indoors for longer periods of time,” said Andrew Hou, chairman of AcerPure Inc. “Consumers are becoming more aware of their indoor air quality and require better purification solutions. We created the 2-in-1 acerpure cool to address this. The device employs a smart sensor to automatically adjust its operation mode, giving users cleaner air even while they sleep but without wasting energy. Moreover, by tapping into the consumer air quality market, AcerPure Inc. aims to embody the lifestyle brand strategy and build essential brand value.”
High-Efficiency Air Purification in a Modern Design
The 2-in-1 acerpure cool integrates purification with air circulation — two factors that each improve air quality. First the purifier filters impurities from the air, then the circulator projects it up to 16 m (52.5 ft). It takes only three minutes to achieve full air circulation in a 27 m2 room, and its air circulator and air purifier functions can be used either separately or simultaneously.
Featuring simple but modern design language, an intuitive LED touch panel and child safety locks, the acerpure cool brings everyday wellness within reach to health-conscious consumers in the office or at home.
HEPA Filter Removes 99.97% of Suspended Particles
The acerpure cool features a 3-in-1 HEPA Filter combined with a catalytic-activated carbon filter to effectively filter out PM1.0 particles in addition to 99.97% of 0.3μm suspended particles and bacteria. It also isolates harmful gases and removes odors. Tested by third-party laboratories, the Ag+ Silver Coated Filter effectively removes bacteria in the air and is effective against the activity of the H1N1 virus.
Detects Air Quality Change in Real-Time
The 2-in-1 air circulator and purifier is equipped with a PM1.0 Air Quality Sensor, enabling it to automatically measure indoor air quality in real-time. It will display any changes in air quality via three LED indicator lights and then intelligently adjust the purifier’s operation mode to ensure efficient purification of the air in the whole room. It also releases negative ions that help remove harmful gases in the air, such as formaldehyde (please refer to footnote3), and captures solid particles such as dust (PM2.5) to effectively improve indoor air quality.
Launch Countries
The 2-in-1 air circulator and purifier will be launched in Taiwan, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. The product launch time will vary for each country and/or region.
