The first batch of mass production is going to be finished soon. Our support team already has sent out many emails to confirm the order details with many customers who placed orders before 20th Oct. 2020. For customers who received the emails from support@lanmodo.com, please reply to us and confirm the info. Then we can arrange your orders directly once they are ready.

If any customer wants to change address, add new orders, or add-ons, please contact us soon at support@lanmodo.com. Once the orders have been prepared and shipped out, any changes will not be supported.
Please Note: The orders will be arranged according to the order date, but in order to make sure customers will receive their orders successfully, orders will only be arranged after we receive the confirmation email from customers in case of any mistake.
