ASUS Breaks Record with 37 Wins at the 2021 Red Dot Design Awards
ASUS received a total of 37 prestigious Red Dot Awards 2021 for outstanding product design, setting yet another new company record for the number of Red Dot Awards won in a single year. The awards highlight the company’s continued commitment to providing incredible customer experiences through continuous innovation and exceptional product design.

“We are honored to be recognized by Red Dot again this year, and I am incredibly proud of the entire ASUS team for hitting this new record,” said ASUS Chief Design Officer, Mitch Yang. “With a design philosophy that carefully considers the needs and preferences of users from the very start of the creative process, we strive to create truly innovative products that resonate with customers by delivering delightful and empowering experiences.”
“The winners of the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2021 were particularly impressive this year. The design of their products is excellent, in terms of both the aesthetic and the functionality. It’s not easy to prevail in such a strong field of competitors and to win over our jury. Consequently, I want to congratulate the laureates very sincerely on their success,” said Professor Dr. Peter Zec, founder and CEO of Red Dot.
The Red Dot Award is one of the world’s largest design competitions with more than 18,000 total entries across three disciplines: Red Dot Award: Product Design, Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design and Red Dot Award: Design Concept. For more than 60 years, a renowned international jury of experts from a spectrum of disciplines has convened annually to select the best designs in a rigorous adjudication process that spans several days and focuses on criteria such as the level of innovation, functionality, formal quality, longevity and ergonomics.
