my phone has become too hot about 46 degree it has been over 50% in battery then a message appears on the screen to remove the battery or else deactivate it I chose to remove each time the message is display then the phone discharged quickly, I left it off and after a while I checked the phone I found it still warm almost the same temperature I could not measure it because the phone was dump. I left it for several hours and I checked it again after I found it at its normal temperature and when I plugged it in with the charger no sign it refuses to charge even if I left it plugged in for several hours knowing that I use the cable and the original charger received the first day.
can you help me please i have all my personal data knowing that it’s been less than one year i bought this king kong 3 phone
